I am back!

Just got out of BAH mental ward with new cornucopia of antipyschotic drugs tried and pulse therapy approach personally preferred updatred to medical team's preferences of fourier series integration of mood management and molestation ... or perhaps dangerously stupid or self serving command edicts ....? Good question. More later maybe.

Interesting jargon tidbit Confirmed with trusted source (myself and a social worker who provided me with occasional read only access to internet in full compliance with a reasonable risk management plan he debited to IT {Information Technology) and/or & V//!& {have to look up de Morgan's Theorems at wikipedi and/or freepedia, think something wrong with previous logic} and/or IS {information systems} ....ready????OLE!

Seratonin reuptake (modified by many antipyschetic drugs with which my medical staff and I have been using to tailor my treatment while engaged in voluntary military research) is a simple feedback loop of the form:

This basic loop of the neuron talking to itself looks to me like a basic self seeding process. Apparently in me it can go wrong or wild, resulting in sleepless race conditions where I can get trapped within dillema mazes or analysis paralysis. For me a key to breaking out of the rage loops is to do some dishes for my mom. She has after all done plenty for me over the years while waiting for me to truly awaken and find myself and Jesus.

Sometimes it helps to rekindle personal playfulness rather than abuse by purring or mock snarling at the local cats before screaming and leaping. If you try this be careful you know who is watching. People keep talking about putting me in a state institution without internet access (assumed, I do not know inmates rights to personal access to information and internet) for a few months or even years should I skip off the high wire and survive the net.

Cert Stat Update

Finished evaluating dorward. In my current context he is clearly a master worthy of attention and emulation. I started tracing his cert network and thus certified azz as a master.

Got some dremel work in with my Dad. I held the parts while he dremeled. We (along with dremel, hand tools and power grinder) made a pretty effective part repair on his custom water pump for the cooling system he has been teasing me with. To make a long story short it has interesting thermal properties, hopefully I will have established a stress and thermal analysis capability (FEA! Fuck that hand calculcation bullshit ... although I might be able to program my 41cv instead of learning linux ..... no ... stick to the supercomputer plan for a while. Remember July Potter inspired a multiplex, multiplexed research solution to implementing an Edwards Comm Squadron style lazlan for our local first responders, science students, etc. etc. on a minicomputer (DEC or DG) style realtime interupt process combined with a massive background processing workload. Work the grant systems for economic development for seed money for a Coos County system distibuted throughout the local mighty itty bitty cities and local goat ropers, trojans, etc. etc.

I notice that the creative commons organization seems to be self selected (and thus possibly self serving? exclusively self serving?, criminally self serving? altruistically allegedly serving only others?) individuals. I am glad that in my initial adventure with online publishing I reserved all rights to myself rather than placing my work at the mercy of someone else's controlling authority. I wonder how long it will take before some more democratic organization allegedly working in the public's interest takes an interest in publishing a vetted copyright or license designed to protect my personal sovereign interests accruing from my personal work published in espace? Might be a worthy endeaver for U.S. Congress if they get a break from arguing how to divide the spoils extracted from the long suffering U.S. taxpayers .... maybe I will send an email for my Congressman's autoresponder to acknowledge before throwing away.

You know what else would be cool? If Congress required U.S. entities with legal status granted under federal authority to post pertinent information (such as who wrote and ratified the charter) prominently accessible on their web site. Call it fair disclosure or something along those lines. Could save everybody a lot of time coordinating with various Secretaries of State and other registration bodies and make it a smidgeon less likely that internet neophytes are participating in a new gold rush or wall street bubble scam. For all we know these faceless names on the Board are secretly in cahoots with Al Quada to discredit or slow down the globablly emerging freedom restoration projects. How to pick winners and losers in the face of self serving disinformation campaigns? That is the question modern Jeffersonians must ask themselves as they frugally purchase cheap goods produced by captive and forced populations worldwide.

While waiting for Congress to save us (per capita U.S. taxpayers and consumers are probably amongst the most valuable and sustainable revenue producing properties on the planet and thus worth a little invested effort in attitude maintenance) from competing nefarious forces, perhaps an advogato/wikipedia style site could be tailored to successfully expedite, facilitate and otherwise enhance asynchronous cooperation in developing open science resources applicable or useful to open space interested systems engineers and information technology specialists' colleagues and teams in fruitfully participating in NASA's accelerated CRV program. Actually maybe that is not obvious. Well say rather that in my view any academic institutions suckered into contributing to such a travesty is much better on their teams (better for me and mine) than my teams if I have any discretion in choosing or forming the teams to which I contribute in the future. Unless of course my current self assigned mission is to sow discord or confusion amongst our enemies.

Aha! Founding and controlling influences on creativecommons.org turn out to be Harvard and Stanford. Two of the leading "prestigious" institutions responsible for foisting the current packs of thieves, incompetents, and corrupt self serving networks of executives upon Wall Street and U.S. Corporations and influenced multinationals. Fortunately they claim to have roots/origin in U.S. Libertarianism. Excellent! No need to watch these groups of wealthy, priveleged, educated, people. Self evidently they can be trusted and will inevitably and altruistically succeed where Jefferson failed to finish his publicly proclaimed work.

Another positive trend?, semi positive? There is a menu utility on my xp accessory window which I just noticed while stumbling around trying to find the dos prompt (forgot momentarily I could simply enter cli or clirun? in the run command from the menu elsewhere) so I could verify the date. Looked it over and tried it out. It has only one voice and probably still needs improvement to allow a visually impaired person to be able to understand source code but could possibly allow a blind person to get into programming. Might need a new symbol library or two before it would help the visually impaired student we had in my OSU 83 Electromagnetism Physics sequence. I wonder if I hacked the dll's or voice phenomes to insert my own parameters if I could effectively copyright the resulting voices for animation clips or if the Microsoft licensing terms somehow makes this illegal? Gotta cancel my self scheduled baptism, been studying the word with a local brand. Did not understand they required a "testimonial" prior to the baptism. Had an interesting discussion on the beach with my Dad today. apenwarr on MontrealOne of these days I shall have to contact think with an opportunity for a road trip, not to our normal destination of the Oregon Coast or Boise, Idaho. No, a real road trip. As a former/current Canadian American he should be uniquely qualifed as a native tour guide to show me Montreal and other parts of Canada in a light that apenwar might find worthy and educational as I pursue enhanced status within hackerdom. If he is not available for a road trip maybe we can work on his homestead. I still owe him about a quarter of the former Irwin Consulting office. Maybe he can teach me something about medical knowledgebases while we work on his place or we can setup the three or four obsolete CAD systems he bought as salvage from me during my bankrupcty liquidiation phase. Might be fun to run some benchmarks before replacing the entire network with a modern Dell or Gateway (or HP? or IBM?) for under $1,000. Could justify it economically if we had by using it as a home controller for the sprinklers, energy applicance monitoring, etc. etc.

Hmmm ... perhaps wingo has discovered a support site that could handle most of my computer neophyte, aquaintenances, friends and relatives with appropriate hand protection when I am not answering my phone or have escaped to the mental lab for a treasure hunt. Incidentally, for anyone interested in hacking for aerospace companies, the recent RFP (request for proposals) from NASA regarding the CEV (crew excursion vehicle, modular shuttle replacement component of NASA's new proposed Systems of Systems approach to space exploration/exploitation) makes it clear that there will soon be opportunities for computer related fields involving CAD, CAE, DBMS, CIM, CAM, FEA, etc. etc. Not to mention the impending free engineering movement attempting to emulate the successful open/free/business paradigms pioneered by computer and mopar (motor parts, hot rods, home built) enthusiasts worldwide.

He discusses reasoning and related interests a bit here Perhaps by the time I am ready with a few strategic intelligent questions and a couple more processing nodes he will have answers or sufficient experience to further refine the head scratching. I do not mind an occasional bug and accept the risk of losing my machine and having to rebuild from scratch but I do have some important things to use this software to get done and I do own a legal copy of Microsoft Project and used to be adequate in its use.

Decertification

Everyone who has been around knows that I have been playing troll and attempting to break the trust metric. No luck so far, I am stuck at journeyer. It has been a while but I know I found tk worthy of certification and that he provided a lot of useful information to me. Anything I was depending on links for in my diary notes is now apparently gone as it appears tk has performed a diary wipe, or else some system bug has deleted all his entries. I certified him as an observer to assure myself that he was not still in my cert tree (I vary it a lot at whim as I try out various attacks and attack modes). I hope the information loss is not too critical, I find I am less trusting of google and other search engines other control than I used to be.

Met some interesting people. One works extensively with radio equipment supporting Coos Counties volunteer search and rescue and other emergency response groups, the other verizon. Both seem interested in LAN and MUD games and distributed supercomputing .... I wonder if some local yokels have discovered my advogato diary? ;) Little flash of paranois there I suppose. I am now taking geodon in a pulse to reestablish regular sleeping hours as a manic bipolar state has been identified and agreed to be active by myself and my parents. Found three apparent high end strategy games which might be construed as prototyping some initial models applicable to distributed cottage manufacturing related to various space applicable technologies.

Finally! Some hacker progress. Made some progress towards distributed supercomputing ... my red hat linux box now talks to verizon dsl properly via downloaded upgraded version of pppoe. Next I will install the Boinc client and begin background processing for various science projects. Also have to update my apache web server and get a domain name active so play with the central server (mysql based) .... or perhaps stick with an intraweb for a while? Decisions, decisions.
