After a hard work we've got all SGML documents in XML files, we know how POT works, I wrote a little status page l10n.postgresql.cl and we were thinking how can we manage this project well about. All was ok until... we had a deep think :) and in the last minute we decided NOT start to translate, not yet. So far I learned many things, some were goods and others are IMHO rather lacking in few useful activities. Ex:

There's a translator and he wants to work in a file. So the translator MUST download the entire PO. And what about if the file has 2000 translated lines and 4 lines are mising only?

I don't know if you can understand the idea or my English is too bad :)

At the end, we will start to build a webapp for translators, beta testers, project cordinators and whatever.... The most important is, we will do and great work (I think) improving some things. That's way lots of people will be able to read postgresql docuentation in the Spanish language. Sadly, I've got a full time work developing end-users pythonic SW and I cannot quit; I really would like to have got more time and use it in OpenSource projects like this :)

If you want to help us, please go to l10n.postgresql.cl and check the TODO file if you please.
