Older blog entries for lukem (starting at number 0)

Finally I succumbed and joined advogato. I expect that I'll have more time to chase this stuff up now that I'm changing jobs.

For another week I'll work at NetApp as a systems engineer. I really like their product (especially the filers), but I'm just not suited to a sales organisation...

and I got offered (and I've accepted! :) a job with Wasabi Systems - a company offering commercial support for NetBSD. Given that I've been using NetBSD since 0.8 (the first release) and a developer for almost 4 years, the offer to get paid to develop NetBSD was too good to refuse!

Enough rambling for now; back to the grindstone for a week.

(Hopefully I'll be able to release lukemftp 1.5 soon)

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
