Wow. Diary entry #2. Must do this more often. :)

It's been a busy few weeks. Got a redundany note from microstrategy 2 months before I was due to start.. *sigh* seems the 10-K was more painful than I thought..

... so now I'm off to work for White Cross in Bracknell, doing their SQL compiler. Under linux! Yippee... I had a horrible feeling I was going to have to install doze after 4 lovely years of academia.

BTW - anyone in Bracknell got a room they want to rent out? :)

Well, I've (probably) finished winicontoppm, which to be honest, was a nice excuse to stop revising.

It might end up in netpbm, at least it'll means people can stick an icon for IE to use on their websites without having to boot windoze to edit it.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
