Recent blog entries for lazarus

Well, I just waded through the list of People here and certified those which I recognized from my encounters elsewhere as having a contribution within the "community." It's certainly a time-consuming process, but I feel it is worth doing. The fact that so many notables are present is certainly promising.

It most definitely seems a bit odd to be in the position of labelling Alan Cox as Master (as if my saying so would make it any more true) even though the principle behind it is sound. I'll bet I'm not the only one to feel weird about it either, heh.

Today I'm (as is so often the case lately) playing catch-up, on email and general systems work, after returning from being away. I'm also preparing to leave again soon, which means this Catch-Up Game is becoming as much fun as
"recursion n. See recursion."

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
