Recent blog entries for kyrka

Well, you can blame it all on /. but I've found myself a new haunt here at advogato.org. I'll preface my first entry by saying that I'm not really a programmer in the first place. I'm currently attending the DeVry Institute of Technology in Kansas City in pursuit of a B.S. in Computer Science.

I've been using Linux since late 1996, and aspire to give something back to the community at some point in the future, once I've figured out how to manage my time more effectively.

The first major project I hope to tackle is a Palm Pilot utility for Linux which is distro neutral, and will effectively synchronize the information on my palm with a web-portal.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.

If you're a C programmer with some spare time, take a look at the mod_virgule project page and help us with one of the tasks on the ToDo list!
