I just got the initial version of ActiveShipping ready to go. ActiveShipping is a new shipping API for ruby based on projects that my company is developing internally.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
