Been working on my book recently.. just about finished it now so bit more free time for general hacking.. been creating fractal's in PHP-GTK this morning because I was bored, they can be quite good fun.. havnt quite got the fern working yet though :).

Got an interview at Cambridge University next week which should be interesting.. Got some other offers back too this week from Bristol, Warick and Durham so if Cambridge doesnt work out or I decide I want to go somewhere else and have fun Ill have to go.

Just finished reading The Magus (John Fowles, 1966), amazing book, if you get a chance you should read it.

Anyway looking for jobs is being shitty, not much work about but Ive got a job at the local Zoo tomorrow, not programming but at least its a bit of cash.

On the programming front just working on fixing the de build for the PHP-GTK Manual... Back to work :)

Ohh first dirary entry :). Anyway just finished working on the Win 32 API extension for PHP. I need to rejig this a bit and it will be quite some work to do so but should be interesting.

At Andrei's request I need to sort some stuff on with the XSLT for the PHP- GTK manual so Ill try to do that over the next few days.

One other opensource thing is some quite interesting dicussions on the release process for PHP and possibly changing it, there are mixed views, personally I think a tighening up of the current system is the way to go but we will see.

And finally looks like I need to get a job so thats what Im doing today.. :)
