I wrote some dl*(3) shims for Darwin/OSX systems without
their own. http://srcsys.o
rg/work/code/dl_dyld.c In case you want them... You
should be able to include them in projects that are GPL'd
as well as most other licenses... The project I did them
for is GPL'd, but I couldn't find a version of these in the
wild which wasn't under a conflicting license, or which
didn't look like the Apache one with the copyright filed
off.

Well, Hybrid7 beta 10 is out, and I encourage everyone to
grab it from ircd-hybrid.org, though OSX is not quite as
working as I would like in that build... Get patches from
me if you like.

Of note is that our configure script _totally_ rocks for
compiler detection, in my opinion. I can't find another
configure script that sorts out SVR4 SGS compilers, let
alone one that has a clue about TenDRA. I'm rather proud of
it, and as of right now I don't think we use uname for
anything... After all, why would you want to? You're
building with the compiler, not the operating system.
