Posted Net::IRC .73 to CPAN, fixing a small bug that was introduced in .72 by Anti Veeranna's patch. Hopefully this doesn't snowball.

.74 should have the new documentation, plus another patch to Connection.pm that was submitted.

I've taken over as maintainer for Net::IRC, applied a sent- in patch, and uploaded v0.72 to CPAN. HTML::TableBracket is now on CPAN, as well.

I feel complete.

Tomorrow morning I finish my sample chapter and zip it off to SARGIE.
