Linux-ABI

Ripped out the remaining sysent entries that indexed into sys_call_table. Cleaning up a codebase from ground up is soo much fun 8)

Filesystems

Today I became official sysvfs Maintainer. Let's see wether that is fun as well.

I'm feeling pretty bad, looks like I caught an influenza. There's only one thing that helps now: drinking.

Worked on two fronts today:

Linux-ABI:
- pushed truckloads of changes to Linus, I'm really tired of maintaining the huge core deltas
- claimed the personality maintainership :)
OpenGFS:
- more pool hacking
- trying to get rid of more core kernel invasions, duh

Some more hacking on pool, the OpenGFS volume manager. The old Sistina code sucks so badly that I will probably do a rewrite for OpenGFS 0.2 - but for now the old has to be made working again..
