Incredible how some bugs that seem easy can get you to pull info from much below in the stack, or that some bugs that are dragging on are easy fixes, made worse by postponing all the time.
You think that you don't have to ever quit You think that you can get away with it You think the light won't be ever litIt's almost over now Almost over now
Something's on your chest Better get it off There'll be no one left when we set it off We ain't gonna take it no more Since
It's almost over now Almost over now
You have to plenty of time There was no rush But it was your dream to be like us You're in dreamland so you don't care And as you wait I'm standing there
You don't succeed cause you hesitate You think we're fly But we levitate Just be yourself Don't ask us why `Cause if you don't we'll make you fly
Managed to find the time to do a bit of hacking on magicdev, Totem, and the control-center/acme. That's a nice change.

Also went to see Age/Sex/Location at the Riverside Studios. A very interesting play, with plenty of food for thought be it for the geek (who had to explain that there was really a place like The Base, although I don't think that a guy called Gus is running it), and for the non-geek (aka normal) person who found a lot of interesting social and behavioural interactions being displayed. Shame that Streetmonk.com was already taken, I'd have bought it.
Update: I'm shit, I missed the Abstracts deadline for GVADEC twice.
Fixed a bunch of bugs in Totem, and started removing cruft in it, like the automatic DLL downloader, that never seemed to be able to download any useful DLLs when needed, or the included password dialog that we now get in libgnomeui (with keyring support as well!).
More fixes and cruft removal soon, as I rid this program of the old GtkFileSelection dialogs.
Watched Big Fish, a great fairy tale that doesn't smell of Disney.
New Totem out with a bazillion bug fixes.
I need to finish sorting out my CDs for the trip to France (nope, the car isn't fitted with an mp3 player).
If you're into good tracks, and DJ'ing in general, check out my mate Paul's website, the DJ Source. If you dwelve a bit into the forums, you'll find good mixes to download. And if you haven't got a good excuse like mine for Valentine's, bring your missus down for a bit of a gig in London, should be some wicked tunes going on.
Evo 1.5 so far rocks my boat (where's the config panel for the stuff you mark as "Junk" though), and FC2 is shaping up nicely. Bo!
Spent a nice week-end, roast dinner, I even cooked a big fat chocolate sponge cake for my mate's birthday. Started preparing for the trip to the french wineyards next week.

The Dark place was a cracker, with such quotes as "The episodes were usually running up to 8 minutes short, so we had to make use of a lot of slow-motion", and "If you're looking at the strings in a Punch and Judy show, you're a freak".
Finished off some nautilus-cd-burner fixes. Only a couple more things to fix to be clean.
FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
