Just as I predicted, this last couple of days (since my vacations ended) have been great... Yes, I have to work. Yes, I have to see my lusers. Yes, I have to answer the phone. But I have my computer, my peace of mind, my beloved routine.
Well, anyway, yesterday I finished with a little system for managing the talks for a local mini-conference, and today I finally went back to hack at Tepatche (or if you want to jump directly to its web page, please do so). Good results, yes, and now the world has Tepatche 0.8, which makes me happy :).
I have been a bit stubborn lately - I decided to install Debian Woody on an old SparcStation 20, with the hopes it will serve as a proxy server for my ~1000-node network. I don't want to download the ISO for Debian/Sparc, I don't have a floppy drive, I don't want to configure TFTP+bootp for it to boot from the network, so I have been kind of creative, but have lacked time and luck to have it work as it should :) Tomorrow, I think...
