Looking for an algorithm to compute a distance between two trees (graphs), i found a very cool search engine based on the bibTeX bibliography format to retrieve scientifical articles. Here is the url: CiteSeer.ist.psu.edu . It contains a huge amount of links to free downloadable articles.
