Grepninja is John Tobler, a professional software developer now at Deccan International working mostly in C# on .NET.

I had a great time at a former company, Exobox Inc., programming in the Squeak implementation of the Smalltalk programming language (see my Who's Whopage on the Squeak Swiki). I recently founded of the BioSqueak project

, which is just getting started.

I also work and play in Python, Ruby, Perl, Scheme, CLisp, Haskell, Objective Caml, etc., not to mention C++ and Java. I am a member of SourceForge (grepninja).

I am currently seriously exploring Ruby and hope to contribute to its development.

You may find my GrepNinjaLog site interesting.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.

If you're a C programmer with some spare time, take a look at the mod_virgule project page and help us with one of the tasks on the ToDo list!
