      <description>I just found this site today while perusing the discussion of XPLC. I have some thoughts (and experience) on this 
issue and wanted to comment (although I still can not figure out how to). I also have a relatively successful 
open-source project (XMLIO) which is being used in lots of embedded systems (as well as my own stuff). By day I
