I've made it a point to read Advogato lately, and I'm not impressed.
( yes, kiddies, I'm probably just the kind of guy you'd want to impress, if you wanted real work in the industry. )

This is a 'free software developers advocate site'.


WTF do the recent entries on Anime or Apple's latest crap iPhone invention have to do with free software ?

Maybe the syndicated feed posting option is a bad idea ?

BTW, my wife recently sent me a link to some real inovation: TORPARK - a version of firefox that uses TOR.

Just had to reply to Mikal today -

Don't know about the Midway, but we've been to the Intrepid in NYC, and recently to visit the Yorktown in Charleston, SC. The Intrepid has more planes in better condition (though she's in drydock now). The Yorktown was awesome, due to all of the access they give you to the ship. Enjoy these pics ...

We got a phone call the other day, from Dr. Baptiste about our old TLDs and some oposition to ICANN that's going on from the EU. WTF ? I hope you all enjoy competition amongst registrars and the new accepted TLD options available.

Are we all having fun yet ?

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
