The Cobra Programming Language is open source under the MIT license. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux and other systems through .NET and Mono.

I cannot agree more on this issue. People always throw this line when they are justifying XML: "...and there are hundreds of XML tools you could use..."
So I ask them: What tool are you using to read and write XML?
The answer always comes back: "my favorite text editor"
