My partial evaluation article is fixed -- some parts had got broken in the import, and now it's finally worth linking to. (Supposing it's worth linking to at all, I mean.)

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
