I am a programmer but I have never released any of my work to the public, mainly because I have felt it is not good enough. I am interested in supporting free software and fighting the system of corporate greed and mechanistic control that dominates our society. At this point, the only things I have done to promote free software is through troubleshooting and helping people set up Linux systems, and showing people how to compile their own software from source. I am in no hurry to gain any sort of certification until I actually have produced something. But hopefully I can meet some people through this organization who can get me started on creating something useful for the world!

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

If you're a C programmer with some spare time, take a look at the mod_virgule project page and help us with one of the tasks on the ToDo list!
