gide I've got a lot of changes to gIDE sitting on my hard drive that I need to commit. I wrote a bonobo-based plugin system for it, and put most of the functionality into plugins. The commit is waiting on a few name changes and a changelog, and will require some cvs surgery. blech.
life We found out from the doctors today that my little brother most likely has cancer. It's supposedly a fairly treatable type, but we don't know how far along it is.
It really sucks that this happened to this particular little brother. Anybody else in the family could deal with the daily trips to hour-away clinics and chemo and stuff with some books and a laptop. My brother *hates* being cooped up. He spends his whole life skateboarding and biking and snowboarding and stuff. It's really a shame.
