I am the primary author and therefore what would today count as the Lead Developer of project VSCM, but David Rush has kindly taken over the latter role since my own interests and priorities have changed.

Just made the announcement of SML/NJ version 110.29 on freshmeat. This is a working release. (Changes mostly concern CM (the compilation manager) for which I personally sign responsible.)

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
