- Need to be able to roll, or you're close to getting it.

- you have a kayak
- you want to go paddling down some not too crazy rivers (class III for now, but to some people my class III is a IV, whatever)
- you have the time
- talking computers doesn't kill you, nor does not talking about computers :)

In other news, I'm getting the hang of xml transformations using saxon. Xt wasn't cutting it on the laptop I've been using. Nor was Xalan, but of course I'm using a company laptop with windows98. But my home machine will run them fine.
