Gnumeric 0.63 has been released about a week ago. The Gnumeric Team has done a good job it killed a massive list of outstanding issues :-)

Finally I have a week vacation, so I'll have some time to hack, probably on both Gnumeric and (if I find the time) Gnome Basic, both of which are getting better everyday.

Also, it's pretty sure that I will go to GUADEC together with my brother from April 6 - 9, so that will be pretty exciting.

Damn, I have an incredible cold :-(

Gnumeric 0.62 has been released a couple of days ago, so I decided to go on a so-called "bug-hunting" spree and found a couple of critical bugs. As a result an 0.63 version will be released real soon . :-)

OSDEM was nice, but cold, rainy and a bit chaotic. In April I will (very likely) go to GUADEC :-)

Did quite some Gnumeric work in the last 2 weeks (compared to 2 months before :-)) We are stabilizing for a February 10 release.

Linux Expo Amsterdam was nice, so nice that I decided to go to OSDEM with a friend of mine. We will be leaving tommorrow :-)

Killed a couple of Gnumeric Bugs today and yesterday. Jody is on vacation so I don't want him to get a heart attack or something due to an enormous "outstanding" bugs list at bugs.gnome.org :-)

In addition to that I've done some work on the GB "with" statement last weekend, but had no reply from Michael yet :-(

Another pending patch is the Gnumeric STF Number Format integration which still needs to be approved by Jody upon his return.

Tommorrow I am off to the Linux Expo in Amsterdam, I am really looking forward to this as it is the first Linux/Free Software-only event that I will attend too :-)

A new year :-) I committed the Gnome Basic one-level menu stuff a couple of days ago. Currently working to get the Gnumeric number format page of the cell format dialog integrated into the structured text format druid. Ain't life sweet? :-)

Did some small gnumeric and gb work in December, not much more...

Didn't do much this week apart from clearifying the autoformat selection. Anyway, Gnumeric 0.59 is out and that probably means that it's time to add features and break things :-) Tommorrow I'll start reading the code related to formatting and parsing. Probably Jody and Morten will find some good solution to improve upon this.

Time for a new entry :-)

Last week I did a lot (meaning more then usual) Gnumeric hacking.

I also did some translations. We are getting up to speed with the Dutch translations, but Dennis is worried about the quality of the Dutch translations in general and rightly so....

I hope to get some time at the end of this week to hack on the gb gnumeric module, it seems very fascinating to me and I've always liked BASIC. :-)

Added 'undo' to the autoformatter yesterday. Rather "crude", but effective :-) Today I tried to resolve the locale problems that have been plaguaging the stf, but Jody told me to hold it off for now, because the solution he suggested (and that I was implementing) wasn't quite a good solution. Anyway, hopefully we'll tackle this problem in the future. For tommorrow I probably have to find some other gnumeric-thing to do :-) But first there's Star Trek Voyager this evening, so I'll go and watch that first.

Added translations for xpdf and libgda this week, also did some other i18n related stuff. Hmmm, I think i'll do some more coding and a little less translating. I still need to polish some kewl Gnumeric things :-)

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
