Notes: I'm really a mineral scientist; hence my major software package is anarcryst, a disordered-crystal-system generator. I also have a rather hacky irc bot, called acrobat for obscure reasons, which I should probably upload sometime. My preferred language is Python; I really, really need to learn C properly - I can "get by" in it, ISO Pascal (for what little that's worth), and Fortran 90 (blame the degree).

In other news, insomnia is bad for productivity, whatever anyone else tells you, and it looks like if all else fails, I'll be at Imperial College next year. (I would *like* to stay in Cambridge, but this is essentially out of my control...)
