Moved my diary to mindcrisis.tk. :)

I redid some of GNU Wallet's UI, by adding a menu and a toolbar. Now you can select the visualization mode with some radio toolbar buttons instead of a popup-menu thingy :)
I've also implemented a small "check for new version" system -- it uses a CGI application that receives the version and prints the ChangeLog (if available) to the user.
I believe that the first release will come in one month or so (I still need to implement the "Home" and some other stuff; some codes optimizations are needed too).

Uh, my english is horrible today...

I'm working a bit more in GNU Wallet these days. After looking into gdbm, XBase, XML and other data-related stuff, I've returned to the old pipe-delimited database. :PP Call me crazy, but I prefer things this way -- this reduces the number of library dependencies.
I'm not going to release a snapshot, though. There are some things to clean up before doing this; BTW, check a screenshot.

Released two things today (whohay!): Mac Style panel for ROX-Menu and GNU Wallet snapshot.
If you used ROX-Menu before and if you like MacOS' top panel, you will love the first one (you can even hide it if you need screen space!).
Current GNU Wallet snapshot is still beta and is known to not compile on some systems. I'll move to auto* stuff when I have time -- however, if you get it to compile, drop me some lines telling what do you think! :)
It's all for now...

Duh! I forgot that version 0.3.2 of ROX-Menu was released! Just bugfixes (but they were more than bugs, they were invaders! ugh! now RIP :) and minor changes...

Some time without an entry, huh? :)

There's nothing big, tho. I'm on a vacation, coding a small money management system (GNUCash is very cool, but it's too featureful for my tastes) from scratch. Maybe this weekend I'll release something. A screenshot is available here (maybe it'll change a little bit for now on, but the main thing is there).

Hello world! (did I saw that somewhere else?)

I really don't know what to write in here by now, since there's nothing to say :)

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
