It should serve as a source of information for newspapers, organizations and corporations for for instance articles and references. It should also serve as a network for corporations who develop free software in Europe, enabling a vendor independent place for cooperation and information around free software. <p> Details of how to implement it are still being worked over, but we seem to have some good ideas to work with.
