Notes:

I am the creator of GDK/dejavu which are extension libraries for from Alexandre Oliva's Guarana MOP. Reflective Programming with these tools was the theme of my MSc Dissertation at IC-UNICAMP.
I did the "official" translation of Guido's Python Tutorial to Brazilian Portuguese, and I have given several speeches about Python since them.
I am the System Architect/Lead Developer at GPr Sistemas Ltda (http://www.gpr.com.br). There I have developed several a lot of software: X.25 drivers, satellite monitoring systems, a Telex emulator for Embratel, Web Portals, and other things that can be found in my CV's at my home page.

Last week a have made a patch review to Python-dev about all patches related to webbrowser.py, and submitted another patch to the same module
