Well, I am getting off of FreeNode. I can't get any help from anyone. I have to figure out stuff on my own. I can't get help from tightasses like sourdough on #debianppc, or ChipX86 in #gaim. These people seriously don't get out. And they try so hard to stick up for themselves, by banning someone who calls them on it. I hope Advogato doesn't bar my access because of my opinion of FreeNode, it is just an opinion.

Someone said (sourdough) who by the way is a dumbass debian developer, who told me XFree86 4.2 didn't support my video card. He was right, I had to switch to 4.3.

The fact that OPN AKA FreeNode is full of idlers most of the time and no helpers is sad. Oh! Did I mention tight asses? :-F

Yeah, he banned me for trolling, which I wasn't. Funny that's what EvilDennisR said in #gaim.

Yes, FreeNode is bad about catering to people with no life.

Same stuff different day...

I am taking a break from C to learn Perl and set up a shell server. My friend is giving me some machines. Actually, we are putting a bunch of parts together to see what we come up with. :)

I am taking a C class at WSU. It's neat, because we use GCC on Debian Linux on an Alpha. And I can do my homework at home. Anyway.

I got my website up and running. I have a lot to be thankfull for. I am NOT thankfull for the people like dobey and EvilDennisR that are on IRC, that don't get out of the house and they don't follow the opensource model that you should be kind to other developers. EvilDennis was pasting our entire conversation in #gaim, editing some content to make him look good, and long story short I got banned. So now, I am boycotting gaim. It sucks anyway. Everybuddy is better.

Well, I am still trying to figure out how to bypass my Linksys firewall box, so I can run a webserver. I may buy a hub and make on mof my machines a firewall, that would be easier than a Windows hardware based firewall.

Shadowbane server I was on got hacked. I knew something wasn't right, when I was getting teleported to different worlds, then I saw the announcment on Slashdot.

Ah man, C is cool. I have this book, "C by Example" and...I CAN NOT put it down. I am going to download some basic GNU software, i.e. the df command, and see what I can do with it. :)

C is great. I think it's just the way the book is written.

Also, more school this summer.

I got MacOS 10.2 loaded with tons of unix apps. I don't know why XInvaders 3D or XChat won't work, but things like Gimp, XInvaders and XMMS work great. I was tickled blue by this since I grew up with MacOS 7 - 9 and never expected it to run apps for another OS. In other words I thought, Mac was Mac, Windows was Windows and Unix was Unix. I may buy Panther when it comes out. :-)

Well, I don't know how to get rid of the record of a project I am working, or was working on rather. Demo@schools, I got fed up because I got ignored. If someone could email me at Home, and let me know how to get it off my account that I am not writing docs anymore.
