To "Notes" of project if you like to hear comments for your project from anyone rated enought to be able to edit it.
Also you could mark it [D] - if only comments from developers of this project are wellcome.

Ok... actually it may lead to something bad (there is no way to enshure that poster is the person listed), but still I think rated people are reasonable enough. :)
