Because it's somewhat embarrassing to have a months old diary entry on the Worldforge recent diary entry page, here is a diary entry. One reason I haven't posted much is that I haven't done much free-software-y. I didn't have my computer with me over the summer, and this semester is .. ah, interesting. Fortunately, everything is finishing up, and I've learned a lot of interesting stuff. At the moment, I'm working on a paper about the anomaly detector that's my final project for Dependable Systems, and trying to optimize my Java-based distributed elevator controller. Winter break for me starts in about a week, and will last for almost a month. I hope to do some traveling, work on Worldforge, and think about what I'm going to do after graduation.
