About the French debt:

There is no response to the problem of the national debt in the column of the revenues from taxes. There is only in that of the national expenditure

European Constitution
Elementary democratic pedagogy orders to answer the question that one poses to you, and not to who asks you it.

One should not make pay with the European Constitution the debts of Chirac with respect to the French country ...

I excavated a long time to understand why my const variables were stored in DATA segment, not in TEXT segment. GCC for the ATmega161 AVR proposes a proprietary attribute, accessible by __ATTR_PROGMEM__, to place a variable in program memory. It is also necessary to include the file <avr/pgmspace.h>.

Why not make like the competitor environments by proposing the keyword code ?

Hacklog
My training on Python continues ... I have just discovered the possibility of importing the symbols of a module without having to prefix each one of their use (from < module > import *). Possibility applied to the under development MindAI project.

Also, I have just installed and configured a little IRC demon to test more easily the communication used by my IA. It works perfectly even if it send messages which I had not met yet on the KDE IRC network.

Technonews
Because the essence of the information which circulates in a company remains transmitted by the word, Alex Pentland, founder and director of Human Design Research Group of the Lab Media in Massachusetts Institute of Technology, works on the collecting and the diffusion of the "real interactions".
Real Life

Dad, I love you too much. --Etienne

I considered also with a dynamic system allowing me to charge or discharge a behavior without stopping the IA.
