ePractice community for OSS in the public administration

Only want to introduce you into the ePractice community for OSS in the public administration ( http://www.epractice.eu/community/opensource/ ) which supports the OSOR.eu inititative.

OSOR.eu will be formally launch in Malaga's OSWC.

This is a meeting point for EU actors on Free Libre Open Source Software: adopters, developers, providers, users, etc. It supports the community development of the OSOR (Open Source Observatory and Repository) project from IDABC. This community aims at discussing issues linked to collaborative development, share and re-use of software among public administrations, specific issues linked to forges, case studies, etc.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
