References to scientific studies on OSS security

Posted 25 Jul 2003 at 19:46 UTC by casantos Share This

I was invited to make a speech on open source software security at a brazilian conference. Altough I already have a lot of references, I decided to search for recent scientific studies about the matter.

My main interest is on academic works, conference and magazine papers comparing colosed-source and open-source software with regard to engineering practices, bug discovering/fixing and security breaches.

Please send your suggestions to
