Obama married off Sotomayor to US Supreme Court, for better and for worse. It is unlikely that people be allowed to call off the wedding simply because they envy the bride for whatever reason besides the season.

How did I know Kathleen Sullivan was on Obama's short list competing with Sotomayor? There is no doubt in my mind that openly gay reign supreme has to wait for its season in the highest court. I remember the other openly gay scholar who write against gay marriage is Lee Harris , author of 'Civilization and its enemies - the next stage of history"

Obama and Kathleen are both students of Laurence Tribe at Harvard. I recently surfed on Tribe's paper 'The Curvature of Constitutional Space: What lawyers can learn from modern physics'. IMHO, President should nominate two candidates for filling one seat in Supreme Court and let the sitting 9 justices have the final vote on adopting the next kinship among them.

I feel inadequate that my DSL has about average ~150K/s download and ~700k/s upload when I paid $30/mon for up to 3M/s download speed with Verizon DSL package. But it is still the cheapest broadband access available.
